Confidentiality Agreement This is the Signs of Ghosts privacy agreement. Take notice that you have several options to choose from concerning the evidence we collect at your location. You can allow us to publish your evidence, and use you as a reference. You can also choose to allow us to post your evidence on our web site, and not use you as a reference, which means that you, your family, and your location, will not be disclosed to the general public. Finally, you can choose to not allow Signs of Ghosts to publish any result of any kind for any reason. We come to your home at your request. We will aid you in any and every way possible, and want to make you feel safe in your privacy at all times. Signs of Ghosts Confidentiality Agreement
I __________________________ (client) hereby release permission for Signs of Ghosts to perform a paranormal investigation on my property. I understand that all evidence gathered on the investigation will be reviewed by any/all members of Signs of Ghosts, and that said evidence will be the joint property of the client and Signs of Ghosts, hereinafter known as SoG. See below for client disclosure options.
_______________________gives permission to SoG for full disclosure of all evidence and results. This includes SoG using the client as a reference. _______________________gives permission to use results and evidence, but does not want this location or client identity disclosed. _______________________does not give permission for any disclosure of results or evidence, for any reason, at any time, for any purpose.
SoG does not use psychics or mediums. We rely on scientific collection of evidence, and if applicable, and possible with the client, we ask that children and animals be kept away from the investigation. Any noises that can be controlled should be, to ensure that capturing devices are at optimum performance. We will need complete access to all premises on the property, if a full investigation is to be done. This is of course at the discretion of the client, and SoG will comply with all specifics given. Investigations are performed for the specific purpose of documenting, analyzing, and reporting evidence of paranormal activity. SoG will in certain situations make suggestions regarding how to deal with spirits, but MAKES NO CLAIM TO REMOVE OR BE ABLE TO REMOVE SPIRITS FROM THE PREMISES. We may make recommendations if the client requests this of us; however, we will never guarantee a result. During the course of the investigation, SoG will be responsible for all equipment placement and retrieval. Should there be a situation where something is broken or misplaced during any part of an investigation, SoG will be responsible for all expenses and/or replacement.
