Frequently Asked Questions

We have tried to answer most questions in our who we are and mission pages, but we want to be specific here and state some things that we cannot stress enough.

We never charge for our services.  This is as much a learning experience for us at times as it is for the customer, or client.  Even when we are asked to return for follow up investigations, we will never ask for money.  This we feel we owe to the one that has the paranormal encounter: the very best effort we can put forth to understand and cope with their situation, and to be there for them in all aspects of their haunting.

We will never do an investigation and then just go away and not be heard from again.  Our services are available to you as the client forever forward from your encounter, if you need us.  Think of us as on call for you around the clock.

Will there be times when we might feel the need to call in additional moral or spiritual aid in your situation?  ABSOLUTELY.  We are investigators, and we do our job well, but for certain situations, we may feel the need to seek the church.  Keep in mind we are there to assist you in coming to terms with your haunting, or coping, or seeking to rid you and your residence of the haunt altogether.

Can there be more than one ghost, or spirit in your case?  Yes.  On cases in which we have worked, we have seen numerous spirits inhabit the same dwelling.  Many times in these cases, the haunt will be the ground your house, or business, is built upon, and not your residence.

Why are ghosts here?  This is the age old question.  We have been investigating for over 35 years, and still do not have that answer.  In fact, very few have an answer for that.  We see lots of photos, and hear lots of voices, and still the ghosts are here, if not more now than ever before.  It stands to reason, if there are more people alive now, there are going to be more deaths now then ever, and more ghosts from unnatural death than ever.
